Before process order, we may have to verify payment for some orders. During this procedure, orders can not be canceled or changed.


After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The average processing time approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status, these orders can take between 5-10 business days to process.

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.


Orders may be canceled any time prior to "Packed" status. After this, orders cannot be edited or canceled. Nastydress offers a 30 day warranty from the day you receive your order.
