In order to guarantee good quality products, our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams will inspect all your items prior to shipping. However, please still remember to check that you have ordered the correct size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart on the product page.

If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you.

30 Day Returns Warranty

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or
damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our
Support Center.

Temporary Notice: Customers will be offered an unconditional resend or refund on orders under $50 for the product in question.

For returns, the shipping fee is at the customer's own expense and is non-refundable. USA customers will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label via the Support Center. The cost of this will be deducted from the final refund.

Steps to contact us:
1.Go to our Support Center and describe the issue in detail including the reason you wish to return the item, along with your order number and SKU (product) number. For defective, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
2.We will review your case and offer you a solution.
Warranty Solutions

1.Our responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and or an exchange.
Once we have received the item, we will offer compensation or refund in full the original product cost and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense.

2.Customer's responsibility:
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return.
If the customer requests an exchange, they are responsible for all shipping fees incurred in this process. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund in full the original product cost, but all shipping fees, both to return the item and in the original purchase, are non-refundable.
Notes For Returns

1.All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
2.All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
3.Unless we made a mistake on our side, we do not accept product returns and exchange for the following items: clearance items, discounted items, and all apparel listed under both the lingerie and swimwear categories.
